Up north back-to-back

i have reached the quota of travelling up north this month...or maybe this year. 3rd-5th aug, we went to Langkawi. a total 12 hours to & fro Langkawi. some couldnt believe that we drove there. they said "CRAZY ah?"...

went to Langkawi with sisters and friends. actually mum & dad were there also. we went separate ways and met there. it has been such a long time since my last visit there. i think i was 6yrs old at that time. all i could remember were a mountain that looked like a pregnant woman lying on her back and a dirty yucky toilet in the hotel room.

jane didnt believe me. and when we were approaching Pulau Dayang Bunting, the boatman stopped the boat and showed us the "pregnant lady" mountain! and need i say more??? "I TOLD YOU SO!!!".

we compressed all the activities in 2 days. it was a tiring trip but FUN!

the following weekend, 11th-12th, i was in Penang. this round was with colleague. i accompanied her to ATQ Final Concert. since i am part of the BIG team (partially only)... i just tagged along. accommodation and allowance provided, nothing to loose...LETS GO PENANG.

tried to be food adventorous....but sucks big time. couldnt read the map properly and we ended up making big rounds in town. hahaha. i was so pressured because they depended on me to read the map. both of them cant read in the car...they will get dizzy!!! hahaha. managed to find 3 places recommended by a food blogger. but the food wasnt that great.

looking forward to the next trip....where should i go this time???

oh yeah...i think i promised sister that we will be heading south to Melaka!!! yeah...that's my coming trip...makan trip to Melaka!

Y2016, I have decided to resign. After 14 years, I needed a break. It's not that I didn't like what I was doing, just that I would like to take a break. And just do nothing. Or maybe something... into my 10th year

today is my working anniversary. completed 9 years. starting my 10th working years today (though i am not working in the office). how many more to go? hmm... i already told myself, once i cleared my study loan, i can resign already. hahaha.... but i need to save money la, so that i can have big plan! yoga studio?? hehehe.

came in early this morning. it has been awhile since i took the 642am train. taking the earlier train means have to wake up earlier! usually i take the 657am train. but for the past 1 week, the 657am train has been cancelled. for no reason! we have to wait for the next train which was scheduled at 712am. due to the cancellation, it means JAM PACK in the next train because the 657am crowd will be merging with the 712am crowd. imagine, i could not moved my hands to scratch my face. it was that packed! so, i have no option but to take the earlier train. my working hours starts at 830am. but it's good also lah. early means less crowd in ktm and also monorail. and it's cooler when i'm walking from kl sentral to monorail station. and i can enjoy my breakfast in the office :) friends asked me before, "no plan to buy a car? you can stand (endure) taking train everyday?"... my answer, "everyday i ' stand ' in the train to go to work (no seat ma). i could not s...
