strong bones?

the last word attracted all of us in the office. hahahhaa... so during lunch hour, i went to check. very curious about bone health as i have not done any test before. it was organised by Anlene, in our office building. no need go out wan!

fast, simple, painless procedure, and it only takes 2 minutes. fast!
i'm still in green zone. light green. low risk. for my age, consider ok. but must start to input more calcium. milk, cheese, yoghurt, toofoo, taufofah to prevent brittle bone and osteoporosis!
