hopping to the year of rabbit!

next week, thursday, it's the first day of CNY! the year of tiger is coming to an end, and we will welcome rabbit soon!

preparation started a month ago. we had a long break during christmas and new year, hence we started cleaning the house much earlier.

lanterns are up.

#1 : can be reused many times :)

kajang town was hyped with activities on 16 jan. kajang was selected to be the main hub for the state cny celebration. on 16 jan, there was an opening ceremony where all the lanterns were lit up by elizabeth wong.

there was a parade of all the 12 zodiac animals (according to chinese calendar). & lion dances too!

cny mood quite low this year. but still went for shopping lah! mum said,"at least buy 1 new shirt lah..". went and did it last sunday. all done in less than 3 hours. just need to get pants. or maybe jeans.

later today, need to go for a haircut. i looked like a crazy human!!

into my 10th year

today is my working anniversary. completed 9 years. starting my 10th working years today (though i am not working in the office). how many more to go? hmm... i already told myself, once i cleared my study loan, i can resign already. hahaha.... but i need to save money la, so that i can have big plan! yoga studio?? hehehe.

mumbling

came in early this morning. it has been awhile since i took the 642am train. taking the earlier train means have to wake up earlier! usually i take the 657am train. but for the past 1 week, the 657am train has been cancelled. for no reason! we have to wait for the next train which was scheduled at 712am. due to the cancellation, it means JAM PACK in the next train because the 657am crowd will be merging with the 712am crowd. imagine, i could not moved my hands to scratch my face. it was that packed! so, i have no option but to take the earlier train. my working hours starts at 830am. but it's good also lah. early means less crowd in ktm and also monorail. and it's cooler when i'm walking from kl sentral to monorail station. and i can enjoy my breakfast in the office :) friends asked me before, "no plan to buy a car? you can stand (endure) taking train everyday?"... my answer, "everyday i ' stand ' in the train to go to work (no seat ma). i could not s...
