2nd & 3rd day...

these are day 2 menu..

breakfast menu :
1 slice of toast
1 egg (boiled)
1 cup of tea
1 small banana

i prefer 1st day breakfast... more yummy because of the tuna.

lunch menu :
4 oz cottage cheese
5 pieces of ritz biscuits
1 cup of coffee

i had a tough time finishing the cottage cheese at one go. it looked like mashed toufoo. the taste was not very strong though. 5 small crackers was not enough to "accompany" the cheese. there was about 0.5z left...before i started puking, i stopped eating and put it back into the fridge. i only finished all by 430.

dinner menu :
1/2 slice of chicken breast
2 oz of carrot
4 oz of broccoli
1 small banana
4 oz of vanilla ice cream

i was hungry by the time i reached home at 8pm. food was nice! i knew i couldnt finish 4 oz of ice-cream, i cut down the portion to about 3 oz. and because i ate earlier on 2nd day, hence i could finish all, without feeling STUFF.

day 3...

breakfast menu :
1 slice of toast

lunch menu :
1 slice cheddar cheese
5 pieces of ritz biscuits
1 cup coffee
1 apple

it was more bearable. cheddar cheese was so much nicer to eat compared to cottage cheese.

dinner menu :
4 oz tuna
4 oz beetroot
4 oz cauliflower
1/3 of rock melon

dinner was at 830pm. elaine & me detoured to shopping centre after work, in conjunction with CNY sale. i couldnt concentrate on my shopping. hunger striked! i smelled food everywhere. was it fried chicken? hotdog? supposed to buy sandals, too bad didnt have our size. we didnt buy anything and went home empty handed after lingering for 55minutes in KLCC / Avenue K. oh by the way, Avenue K was so "quiet". not many shops are open and the layout of the building was a bit confusing. wonder whether the shops can sustain for long term.

after 3 days of diet, i have yet to weigh myself. i will do that first thing in the morning tomorrow. i wish to see a 58 on the weighing scale. anything less will be a bonus (but i doubt it).

as what mum said, day 1 menu was the best, the tastiest! day 2's lunch will make me think twice of eating cottage cheese again. i wonder whether replacing with cheddar is ok. hahaha. skipped yoga class, reason being i was too hungry to concentrate in the class. hahahaha! (excuses...)

will i repeat 2nd round of this plan? i think i need a few days break. already craving for rice...noodles....SOUP!!!!!!
