Jingle all the way...

Happy Boxing Day! Yes, I’m working today! Boss decided to open the office today. Here I am.

This year Christmas was spent working from home and watching tv. Hallmark channel has a lot of Christmas movies line-up. I always love mushy-mushy movies!

Our office Christmas party was held last Thursday. The theme for the night was “Wishing for the Stars”. So, all of us were geared up with stars from head to toe (almost!). I DIY-ed mine. Bought a roll of gold wrapping paper, some “twister” rod, and a hair-band. Cost me less than RM10 and my sister and I created some “masterpieces”.

Dinner was at The Chalet, Equatorial Hotel (lost count how many years having Christmas dinner there). Drink drank, but not drunk. The party was not as happening as last 2 years, when we all dressed up as movie stars! I was a Joker that year and managed to win the best prize. Not so lucky this year though.


#3 : gift exchange for my colleague

As usual, we were divided into 5 teams, and have to perform a skit. My team won the 3rd prize. The 1st prize really deserved the RM1k prize. They were creative and funny! All of us had a great laugh.

My mid life crisis in Y2016

Y2016, I have decided to resign. After 14 years, I needed a break. It's not that I didn't like what I was doing, just that I would like to take a break. And just do nothing. Or maybe something... into my 10th year

today is my working anniversary. completed 9 years. starting my 10th working years today (though i am not working in the office). how many more to go? hmm... i already told myself, once i cleared my study loan, i can resign already. hahaha.... but i need to save money la, so that i can have big plan! yoga studio?? hehehe.

came in early this morning. it has been awhile since i took the 642am train. taking the earlier train means have to wake up earlier! usually i take the 657am train. but for the past 1 week, the 657am train has been cancelled. for no reason! we have to wait for the next train which was scheduled at 712am. due to the cancellation, it means JAM PACK in the next train because the 657am crowd will be merging with the 712am crowd. imagine, i could not moved my hands to scratch my face. it was that packed! so, i have no option but to take the earlier train. my working hours starts at 830am. but it's good also lah. early means less crowd in ktm and also monorail. and it's cooler when i'm walking from kl sentral to monorail station. and i can enjoy my breakfast in the office :) friends asked me before, "no plan to buy a car? you can stand (endure) taking train everyday?"... my answer, "everyday i ' stand ' in the train to go to work (no seat ma). i could not s...
