ttc-day 3
day 3 is a relaxing day. why? because we had menstruation asana. our yoga practise sequence were all restorative poses. hugged on bolster, feet up on the wall, very relaxing for menstruating people. i just got to know that there is a term for mensturating. "funeral for the unborn baby". hence, woman will be pampered during this period. not advisable to practise on the first and second day.
oh.. i think i didnt talk about my diet. i am cutting down on meat. no chicken no pork. only eat vege, fruit and fish during this entire course. just want to know what difference it will make on my body. if totally no meat, mum will kill us. hahaha. i noticed i am quite awake or fresh for the past few days. hm... i wonder if the diet has effect on this.
tomorrow vinyasa flow for asana practise. hopefully i can cope...
