ttc-day 14

day 14, we learnt how to fall, fall gracefully. but i failed. i just rolled on the floor weirdly. haha. and we learnt how to do cartwheel too. again, i was the odd one. everyone had a good laugh. my group was adjusting today. so, no workout for me until second half of the day where we did twisting. since our class has 19 students, i was the odd one. phil came over to become my partner. cool!! my left sight is better than my right. shoulders still tight. need more practise!! later in the evening, we spent about an hour singing. the session was called Bhajan. phil is really a good singer and guitar player. we ended the session by sitting in a circle, holding hands, chantting aum. everyone was harmonising until we heard a 'not so nice to ear' aum. jane and her neighbour were already laughing before we released our hands. the aum was really 'ear opening'. tomorrow, we will have our first practical assessment. all the best to us!!

My mid life crisis in Y2016

Y2016, I have decided to resign. After 14 years, I needed a break. It's not that I didn't like what I was doing, just that I would like to take a break. And just do nothing. Or maybe something... into my 10th year

today is my working anniversary. completed 9 years. starting my 10th working years today (though i am not working in the office). how many more to go? hmm... i already told myself, once i cleared my study loan, i can resign already. hahaha.... but i need to save money la, so that i can have big plan! yoga studio?? hehehe.

came in early this morning. it has been awhile since i took the 642am train. taking the earlier train means have to wake up earlier! usually i take the 657am train. but for the past 1 week, the 657am train has been cancelled. for no reason! we have to wait for the next train which was scheduled at 712am. due to the cancellation, it means JAM PACK in the next train because the 657am crowd will be merging with the 712am crowd. imagine, i could not moved my hands to scratch my face. it was that packed! so, i have no option but to take the earlier train. my working hours starts at 830am. but it's good also lah. early means less crowd in ktm and also monorail. and it's cooler when i'm walking from kl sentral to monorail station. and i can enjoy my breakfast in the office :) friends asked me before, "no plan to buy a car? you can stand (endure) taking train everyday?"... my answer, "everyday i ' stand ' in the train to go to work (no seat ma). i could not s...
