ttc-day 15

we learnt how to explain abdominal and thorasic breathing during pranayama. phil taught us from the start, which is the best way for us to explain to our student. worked in partners so that we got the chance to demonstrate to 'student' and vice versa. this morning asana was a suprised for group c. they were supposed to be adjusting, but lance and phil last minute decided that the group should teach instead. 6 of them were given 7minutes for their sequence. nerve wrecking if it was me. but they did a fantastic job. tomorrow onwards, all of us will have a chance to teach in front the group, in order to get ourselves ready for the final assessment next week. we have picked from the hat, what sequence we will do for the finals. i got the abdominal, lower back and hips. *cry* omg.. my weakest point.. hai.. at least we have the time to prepare.. have to start revising for finals...
