This post has nothing to do with full moon. Can't think of a better title, and since today is 4th Month of 15th day (Wesak day too!), so full moon it is lah. So, I have asked to be excused from my part time job in Bangsar South since mid-March. Since I didn't have to go to office, I have more time, either to be at home, or out playing. As of now, my Tuesdays have been filled up nicely by spending time at Sue Ann's house watching Netflix or doing random things with her. I did think about going home in between classes, but the drive back & forth.... I think I will make myself comfortable at studio, in case Sue Ann starts working or not free to layan me.   What have been I up to? Well, we went to karaoke on one Monday afternoon -- the happy hour promo ie RM 30, with free flow of drink and sing from 1pm to 7pm. We set a theme and went all out. the past 2 weeks, i have traveled to Taiwan. it has been a fun 10 days with sisters and friends. served us right for not checking the weather properly, hence brought the wrong cloths. cold. really cold. overall, the trip was pampered as we hired a driver from the start until the end of the tour. spent quite a lot of time traveling as we covered from north, down to the middle of the island and headed back up to TaoYuan.  and for the past 2 weeks, Malaysia was famous all around the world due to the missing MH370 aeroplane that was supposed to fly to Beijing, but went out of radar half way through. we got the news prior to boarding. it was not a good news for those boarding a plane. i brushed the news off, saying it was fake. when i was in the plane, i was worried. i prayed for a smooth take off, a smooth journey, and a smooth landing. thank goodness.  24 Mar, PM announced that MH370 crashed into the Indian Ocean. what's the reason for MH370 to make a detour from its origi...

what have i been doing for the past many many months? i stopped writing in September, not that i have been writing daily. which i tried to, but i failed. anyway, October has been fun. it was because i traveled to Osaka with my sisters and friends. we spent about 9 days there. from Osaka, we headed to Kyoto first, then back to Osaka. a very lovely country. a very clean country. a very systematic country, whereby the public transportation is awesome. we used the bus and the train throughout the journey. did we get lost? maybe, i guess. but the japanese were kind enough to show us the correct route, although they could not speak english.  and when i came back from Osaka, 3 days later, i went to Bali. it was my company trip. 3d2n. yeah, a very short trip. we only saw a volcano, and went to kuta beach. and we were back in KL. the flight was in the afternoon, so, first day was gone. and the flight back on day 3 was in the afternoon as well. so, in total, i think i spent less than ...

last night after 22 years, i met my Std 2 class teacher. after introducing myself, she took some time to "recall" who is this "stranger" (she has taught so many studentsssss!! ) "yes! I remember you! thank you for coming forward and greet me. feels like i have struck a lottery!"  ~ just a simple greeting to put a smile on her face ~ remember to say hi, yeah! ~

the rain started when i was about to leave the house. and it continued to pour heavily. and caused a jam along the road heading to ktm station. when i reached the station, the rain has stopped. i saw a train just left the station. i continued to walk to the platform at the opposite side. and when i reached to the other side, there was an announcement over the PA system. "the next train to rawang has been delayed (what is new??). the next train will arrive in 45mins time". *jaw dropped* WTF? 45mins? that's almost an hour! are you KIDDING me?? and i stood there, thinking what should i do. 1) to continue waiting at the train station? or 2) to go home, eat breakfast, then drive to office? i decided to go home and eat breakfast and think about the next plan. as i was walking to the entrance of the station, another announcement was made. "due to train derailment in Nilai station, the next train will arrive at 8.10am." it was only 730am. informed my bosses ...

Qing Ming Day falls on 4th April this year. we visited grandpa & grandma's grave this morning. we were there before the break of dawn because we wanted to secure good parking space. and we spent 2 hours there, from darkness till bright daylight. we cleaned up, we beautified, we talked, we laughed. and we even had a mini picnic after the prayer. a fine morning, remembering grandpa & grandma. # hello sunshine #decorating the grave with colourful papers

ha! i have been reading quite a lot lately. one book after another. girly to crime, mother & daughter... so, what's the next book? will randomly pick one from the 2 bags that i bought during the big bad wolf sale which i went twice. 21 mar was my TTC 1st anniversary. what have i accomplished? i think nothing much. i still remember the gayatri mantra, sung differently by lance & phil. didnt teach regularly, making me nervous whenever i have to take over elaine's class. once, there was a student who went home because she wanted yogarobic and not basic yoga. *gulp* my fault for not teaching according to timetable? yesterday morning, in conjunction with the anniversary, i wanted to do something different. i woke up at 4.30am. wanted to self practise. planned to complete 108 sun salutation. i failed. i think i was too arrogant. i thought i would be able to do it early in the morning. last friday, i opened a zip of a sling bag that i have not been using for quite some time. i found cinema ticket, dated sep 18, 2005. WAH, so long ago. then i realised that sep 18 is coming sunday, which is today!! and hereby, the posting for today after a long hiatus. # charlie & the chocolate factory !

#1 : the minimum space for photos, pictures, etc.. i have a habit of rearranging things, until i'm comfortable with the new arrangement. when we moved to new office, the first thing i missed most from the old office was the cupboard which was in front of me. the empty space was perfect for me to stick photos, pictures and non-sense on it. in new office, the empty space was the low partition. sigh... today, i have decided to add some pictures and photos on it. rearranged the desktop slightly slanted, so that i could see the partition more. darling bought some postcards for me and i stuck them up. she said, "see the places daily, then you will go there"! *come true, please* london --> rome --> taiwan! go go go!! let's go let's go!!

what is normal now? going to work? hahaha. after 4 weeks, didnt really look forward to go back to work. still miss the workless days. although it was stressful when it was assessment time, being in a group, learning and sharing together was really fun. when can i have back the 4 weeks that had just passed in a blink?

today is my working anniversary. completed 9 years. starting my 10th working years today (though i am not working in the office). how many more to go? hmm... i already told myself, once i cleared my study loan, i can resign already. hahaha.... but i need to save money la, so that i can have big plan! yoga studio?? hehehe.

have been ignoring this space. #1 : my pink rose from 8tv 2 more weeks, i'm off. yoga teacher training course is starting on 21 march. i'm a bit nervous. i dont know whether i'll be able to follow the syllabus. 200 hours. our timetable starts at 6am and end 5.30pm. some days start at 5.30am and ends earlier. monday to saturday. sunday is off day. phew... at least a rest day. nervous nervous...

i'm loving the long weekend, thanks to the the unexpected public holiday last friday, and a free holiday tomorrow. friday was spent cleaning the living room. already anticipating the arrival of cny in february. took this chance to start cleaning the house bit by bit in order not to exhaust myself later. yesterday morning, managed to catch heart warming christmas movie on diva channel early morning. i'm a sucker for that. happy with the ending, had a hearty breakfast, i started cleaning cabinet & drawers. had lots of hidden "treasures". threw some stuff away, packed some for recycle, & rearranged everything. i have accomplished my to-do-list for the long weekend. last night, went to cousin's house warming. first gathering for the family too. met up with a cousin who is going to give birth soon! our last session was when she just got pregnant. that's how long i have not seen her. had a great laugh when they asked me to show the dance move that i have lea...

my alarm clock is a radio alarm. i can choose, either to use buzzer or radio to wake me up. i always choose the radio, because it's a radio alarm lah! hahaha.. sorry, stupid statement. happened a few times before, whereby i either forgot to set the alarm, or i forgot to adjust the alarm time. sometimes, i woke up automatically (body alarm), and saw the dark blue sky. kantoi! or when mum opened my door, i knew for sure i overslept. the last round, i woke up at 6.40am . last friday, i woke up when i heard the kitchen's exhaust fan. mum's cooking. i checked the alarm, i forgot to ON it thursday night. damn. but i still managed to leave the house at the same time and caught my usual train. today, i woke up and looked at the alarm. 6.50am. *not again* i thought my eyes were pulling a prank on me. i opened the door to the living room and verified the actual timing. yes, i was late. and i went back inside the room to check the alarm. it was ON but was scheduled to RING at 8am. i r...

i didnt have my i.c. with me? yesterday, i took the bus to lrt station with soo mee. along the way, we saw a roadblock. and the bus was requested to stop by the road side. check bus? hmm.... then a policeman came on board. "tunjuk passport, tunjuk passport." he said. oh.. the roadblock was targeted at foreigners. then the policeman said again "ada i.c. tunjuk i.c. ada passport tunjuk passport." i looked at soo mee. then the policeman repeated the same sentence to all the passengers. we both flashed out our i.c. i was thinking, what if i didnt have my i.c. with me at that point of time? would i be sent to the police station? there were quite a number of foreigners were being asked to get down the bus for further "inspection" although they have shown their documents to the policeman. my first encounter being asked for i.c. during roadblock, on a bus. hahaha.

i think i have abandon my blog for quite sometime. gotta write more. it is already end of november. a few more weeks, goodbye 2010, hello 2011. not many weekends left. gotta use them wisely. christmas is aorund the corner too. jingle bells in shopping malls, awesome-nesss! make you want to shop more! but then, cannot spend too much! i have big plan for next year. what big plan? i have registered for a yoga teacher training course next year. a full 30 days course, starting in mid march until mid april. and we have to go vegetarian during this period. hmm..... something BIG to look forward in 2011.

this morning, dad was already in the car waiting for me, with the engine running. i quickly grabbed my bag and lunch box. i put on my shoes and hopped into the car. got my ticket, entered the platform and i put back the ticket into my bag. and then i realised my phone was not in the bag. *OH ... oh!* quickly walked out to the station, found a phone booth and made a call back home. luckily still can remember house number! muahahaha.... and waited for mum to deliver my phone. i had to say bye bye to the 6.57am train, the 6-coaches train. hai.... mum arrived shortly and i quickly walked to my platform, hoping that my train would wait for me because i didnt see any train passed by while i was waiting for mum. once i was at the platform, a train arrived. oh.. not 6 coaches wor. it was the intercity train. *YES* i didnt miss my train! hahahaha... i was tempted not to call back and ask mum for the phone. but then again, i would not be able to contact my colleague who would be waiting for me a...
