i went to office this morning without my identification card. i only realised i left it at home when i was in the train. shit. this remind me of the time when i was in rapid bus and there was a roadblock. the police asked for passport. and those who have id, show id. pray hard, no such thing will happen today. phew...nothing happened. but! i only realised my purse was not in my bag when i wanted to go to the bank just now. shit number two. where is my purse? did i misplace it? i went out for lunch. coffee. i remember holding it when i went back to office. immediately called back to office. first person didnt pick up.stressss. second person just left...stress....she gave me a number to call the third person. didnt pick up. dieeeeee. continued to call fourth person. left office. sigh...called fifth person, voice mail. arghhhhh. message came in. third person sms. faster called her to confirm that i have left my purse in the office drawer. indeed. phewwwwww... a day with no id and no money...

this is my first entry using the tab. oh, the tab has arrived yesterday. borned 23 feb 2012. my new toy for the year. hehehe. the size of a novel. small. likeeee!!

i almost exploded yesterday evening. i was so angry at the junior for not paying attention when we were discussing about work. she just turned her head and asked the question again when we already have the answer. my face turned red immediately. i felt so hot. i wanted to scream at her. but i didnt. i knew my intonation was higher when i told her off. she just laughed and said sorry sorry. and continued laughing and went back to her seat to revise her work. people said i'm a patient person. but i guess it's getting thinner now. my fire is getting stronger. i'm trying to hold myself back whenever something irritates me. i dont want to scream and regret later. because when you are angry, you dont know what words will come out from the mouth. so, i have been going to the toilet quite often to chill out first, before i correct them. argh! i hope i wont slap either one of them in future.

sometimes, i will say no to plastic bag when i buy things. but i'm glad that i didnt say no as the plastic bag that i received has a very interesting quote printed on it. happy friday!

i asked for it! and i got it! previous post , i was talking about The Star lunch on monday (30 jan). the main attraction was the lucky draw. and everyone is hoping to get it. #1 : the chosen angpow #2 : the prize #3 : letter for redemption as it was CNY period, they said the stocks are slightly delayed. so, i will have to wait for TAB to arrive. no problem! i will wait! my last draw was in 2010, it was a canon camera . the first lucky draw i got was a nokia n73 back in 2007. striked 3 times! hahaha.. happy new year ler!!

for the past 7 days, have been doing a lot of cleaning, washing, mopping, then eating, drinking. time flies, today is already the 6th day of CNY. day 1-3 were solely occupied with family and relatives. i started working on day 4. other colleagues in the same department took longer break as they went back to penang and ipoh. i will take a day off next tue. the 9th day of CNY is the BIG day for hokkien. according to the "start work" calendar, my best day would be on day 5. but i didnt find it best as i was "stranded" in the office until 9.30pm. some hiccup with work due to miscommunication. no point to get angry, just quickly sorted them out as it's due next monday. during the past 2 working days, we went out for lunch. vegetarian and then organic lunch. drove out because traffic was still smooth as many were still on leave. not often we got the chance to do this. haha. after a hectic one week of none stop cleaning, washing, eating, drinking, today is the day i wo...

display for this year. brought grandma's "8-por" basket out from cupboard for display. mum said it's antique because grandma used this when mum got married to dad. welcoming the long holidays, the "traffic" in kl sentral was as bad as the road traffic. it was raining last friday (last working day) and added more "waiting time" for the commuters. i was luckily to escape the long wait as i was in the office playing "chinese lego". rearranged my table nicely to welcome a new year. hopefully the year of dragon will be a smooth one! kong hei fatt choy!

i'm a cry baby. whether it's happy moment, farewell or whatsoever, i can cry easily. i started reading a book last week and i finished it yesterday. got this book randomly from the big bad wolf sale last year. Between Sisters. pic source i almost cried at certain section of the book. if i didnt stop reading (because i have reached my station), i would be crying already. it's not a sad sad book. it's about life. how fragile it can be. and by just being there, supporting each other, it really means a lot. love it!

i'm a sucker with fairy tale, magical, happy ending stuff. this morning, received an email which i thought the client would not be bother to reply. i did a quotation for a client with a wrong costing. i confessed to him over the phone and explained to him the situation. he asked us to bear the additional cost. i tried my luck and emailed the revised quotation to him. i waited for a few days. no news. so i guess i have to explain to the boss when it's billing time. then this morning, he replied me and signed on the revised quotation. *Grin*! merry christmas all!

it's winter solstice festival today. we made tong yuen in the office! weather report : raining in the morning / cloudy in the afternoon so, will it rain on CNY?

i want to get myself a DSLR! that's one of my 2012 resolution, or maybe it will be my one and only resolution. my favourite canon ixus's camera display is faulty when i went to singapore in october. not sure what went wrong. people said if send for "repair", it's going to be costly. i already repaired it once when the lense has a few black stains. hai... i miss my ixus. now i have to get use to the panasonic, which is the first digital camera that i bought. i considered it as my lucky camera because once i bought it, the other cameras just came one by one. *grin* just that ixus 70 has been my all time favourite. i want to get one DSLR so that when i go to mt kk, i can take nice photos!!!!

this year office christmas party was held in singapore. boss said he has waited 10 years for this to come true. the committee has set the theme for the dinner, ie Glam Rock. how to be glam rock leh? i was browsing a blog post and got inspiration to create my own headband. tied some cable ties, cut some alphabets using artcard, peeled off some bits of glitters from glitter ball, and of course, bling bling power. then glued glued. done! #1 : the props #2 : half bald glitter ball #3 : the end result #4 : all ready to glam rock! i'm happy with the result of my artwork. although i didnt win best dress, i attracted a lot of attention. haha *vain* just wanted to be different for every party. or else, no FUN lor. kan? we went to singapore via coach. we left bangsar at 9am, and we reached the hotel at 5.45pm. such a long journey with a break for lunch at danga bay, johor. the traffic was quite bad at the custom. it was sunday evening. many people went back to singapore. it was a quick showe...

i didnt know what has caused me to say yes to a climb up to mt kk next year. sister has been bugging me to go mt kk many years ago. i find hiking very strenuous. anyway, all has been booked, so i'm going to mt kk next year. with families, relatives and friends. a big group of 24. since i have agreed to climb, i have to start building my stamina. or at least get myself use to hiking. and we have been quite diligently going to apek hill for practise. we started the walk hari malaysia, and continued every public holidays after that. and also on sunday when we didnt have yoga practise. #1 : with claudia at the twisted branch my friend's aunt who is following us to mt kk actually counted how many more sundays we have left before the real climb. 20+ she said. hmm... this sunday, let's go for walk!

it's december already. counting this entry, i'm still 6 entries short compared to last year. how can? i thought i have written alot. but still not as much as last year! should i write daily now? just to show increment? hahaha... sam-pat! feel shitty lately. hai... oh, this sunday, i'm going to singapore. sunday go, monday come back. shiok! for our office kwismas party!
