I received this yesterday morning. Yeah! I "won" 3rd prize! And part of the message, Hindari Penipuan. Macam YES!  Today, I have some free time. Hmm, the quality of the photos... Dear Abdul Syaefi Hafizuddin, you need to work harder to make your page looked more convincing. Or else, how are you going to con people? Comes with full instruction, to provide IC lah... and even snapshot of your atm card. Bulan Juni tu bulan apa? June is June. Jun ialah Jun. Juni is the 13th month of the year? So, ladies & gentlemen, I didn't win 3rd prize. No RM 5,000. No easy money lah! I just got to work harder, kangkang-sana more! Ka kui kui, baru eh tuan tua lui!

My lunch box for today. Two eggs and loads of potatoes. Hor-lan-shue! I love potatoes. I fried them. Bake takes longer time. One missing ingredient, mixed herbs. Mom said expired already. Thrown away liao. Aiyah.... So just pepper and salt. Carbs loading time!! Clearing the fruit basket at home. Last 3 oranges. And I could only filled up this small bottle. Appx 350ml or maybe less. Will this meal last me until after class tonight at 8pm? Or maybe 9pm? 🤔

I am the weird one in the family who is buta huruf in Mandarin. I speak and understand but I don't read or write. I think I only can write maybe less than 100 Chinese words. I might be able to recognise more. Hahaha. 东南西北 I remember these because of mahjong.  Ask me to write them out, confirm fail!  Perhaps it's time for me start from scratch again. Perhaps.... Write to remember?

This book was passed on to me by a friend, GSA. She said I will like this. I welcome free books. Hahaha. And the title and the name of the author seemed familiar. I forgot whether I have read this or maybe I have it among the books that I have bought from  Big Bad Wolf that I have YET to read. Browsing back old albums, ah.. I helped a friend to buy a book by the same author from BBW (many years ago), titled "Have a little faith". Easy read with short chapters, I put it by the bed so that I could read before I sleep. Of course, there were nights when I spent browsing the net instead of reading it. Failed! Today is one of the Sundays when I didn't go for class and just stayed home. I finished reading it. Towards the end of the book, I teared. I was told to pass this book on. So, here goes. I got this from her, hence i put her intial at the top of the list. And may many names will be added into the list. And who knows, it might come back to you in the future. ...

I scooped hundreds of rice boxes this morning at D'Fine Cafe , helping out with their catering order. In return, I had this for breakfast. Fair trade? No rice 🍚 for lunch. My 👀 had enough. 😝

Is it just me? I saw a similar post on FB, but I could not find it anymore. So, I created my version.

The mornings when I don't have to rush for class or work, I will prepare my own breakfast. There are mornings when I want to eat wantan mee or meehoon goreng. But I am too lazy to change from my PJs to other casual clothes. So, eat eggs lah. This morning I decided I wanted two unflipped sunny side eggs. I used a bigger pan. I was hoping for two round yolks. First yolk out...nice....second yolk...it was runny. Dimgaiiiiii... My Instagram breakfast gone!!! Nevermind. 💡eh! I can serve the eggs directly from the pan instead of transfer into a plate. Just like the emoji! Together with my sexy lips phone! Ok! Instagram eggs here I come! I have to take a few shots in order to make sure it matches 98% of both the 👄 and 🍳. WhatsApp has two eggs in the pan and handle was pointing to left. While Instagram and fb only one egg and handle to the right. Things I do for photos and posting on social media. 🤣 Enjoy your breakfast lah!!

I'm back! I miss writing. I was talking to a friend about writing blog and she shared hers with me. I have abandoned mine since the last post in 2017. Always say want to keep it alive, but always fail in updating. Maybe I should divert my attention to writing than fb or insta. Anyway, good to be back. And applied a new theme makes the page look so much nicer than the old black background. Ok. Time to go for class. A longer post coming soon. Ciao.

Y2016, I have decided to resign. After 14 years, I needed a break. It's not that I didn't like what I was doing, just that I would like to take a break. And just do nothing. Or maybe something... As I handed my resignation letter to my 2 bosses (ex now), both accepted it quite calmly. Only one was more surprised. But nevertheless, she accepted my reason for leaving. So, what reason did I give them? I told them my sisters & I were discussing of opening a yoga centre on our own. Since it's own business, there is no reason for them holding me back. My sisters and I were not the aggressive type. We took our own sweet time in making plan. Where should we open? Kajang? KL? Near home? Far from home? What type of classes? etc.. We even consulted a friend (a fengshui master) about our plan. He said, "Just do it! What are you girls waiting for??" He even advised us to open in KL area as the return will be higher and we would have different exposure with different ...

the past 2 weeks, i have traveled to Taiwan. it has been a fun 10 days with sisters and friends. served us right for not checking the weather properly, hence brought the wrong cloths. cold. really cold. overall, the trip was pampered as we hired a driver from the start until the end of the tour. spent quite a lot of time traveling as we covered from north, down to the middle of the island and headed back up to TaoYuan.  and for the past 2 weeks, Malaysia was famous all around the world due to the missing MH370 aeroplane that was supposed to fly to Beijing, but went out of radar half way through. we got the news prior to boarding. it was not a good news for those boarding a plane. i brushed the news off, saying it was fake. when i was in the plane, i was worried. i prayed for a smooth take off, a smooth journey, and a smooth landing. thank goodness.  24 Mar, PM announced that MH370 crashed into the Indian Ocean. what's the reason for MH370 to make a detour from its origi...

started the day with a cup of tea, and a crooked spoon. like my mind, not thinking straight. today is not saturday, today is holiday!

i dont mind working late because of pre-holiday! hahaha... but i still worry about not being able to complete my work. but then again, work can never be completed!  going off now..one more day tomorrow and i'm off!

i'm counting the days to my Taiwan trip this weekend. it was not in my to-go-country at the moment. but sisters said, why not just joined them since all has been arranged? so, a trip it is!

making a list of things to do in 2014. hopefully i can follow the list closely. 1) to complain less 2) to laugh more 3) to love more 4) to read more 5) to spend less time in facebook (this one very hard! hahaha) 6) to walk more 7) to spend more time on yoga mat

what have i been doing for the past many many months? i stopped writing in September, not that i have been writing daily. which i tried to, but i failed. anyway, October has been fun. it was because i traveled to Osaka with my sisters and friends. we spent about 9 days there. from Osaka, we headed to Kyoto first, then back to Osaka. a very lovely country. a very clean country. a very systematic country, whereby the public transportation is awesome. we used the bus and the train throughout the journey. did we get lost? maybe, i guess. but the japanese were kind enough to show us the correct route, although they could not speak english.  and when i came back from Osaka, 3 days later, i went to Bali. it was my company trip. 3d2n. yeah, a very short trip. we only saw a volcano, and went to kuta beach. and we were back in KL. the flight was in the afternoon, so, first day was gone. and the flight back on day 3 was in the afternoon as well. so, in total, i think i spent less than ...

i have not been updating. it's the last day of 2013. so, how was it? work wise, it has been ok so far. the most memorable would be when we worked over weekends, and almost 24 hours when it was due for submission. i have no fear driving home at 5am, because i was too sleepy to be afraid. travel wise, Oct has been a superb month! went to japan for 9 days. and 3 days later, i was off to bali. had a chance to watch a musical, LIVE! so, it's a wrap! 2014, bring it on!!

“1st day of school.  The coach & student met. Hello! Nice to meet you!  And classes started. The student had so much fun learning / discovering new things from the coach. And the coach, learnt something from the student as well. You will never know what you can learn from another person! And there is no full-stop in learning. To teach is to learn.  3 months down the road, the was a pop-quiz session. The coach asked a question. It was a subjective question. Since it was a subjective question, hence there was no right or wrong answer. The answer from the student gave the coach a surprised. The coach expected another answer from the student. The student was feeling down. She tried to be his best student. The coach wanted her to be his top student.  Both had a discussion. And came to an agreement.  That both will continue to learn from each other. Learning is a long journey. The start of a journey is always fun & exciting. Discovering new things al...

this morning, house phone was ringing non-stop. it was 630am. i was in the toilet, doing big business. when no one picked up the phone, my guess was both mum and dad went out. and jane woke up and ran to pick up the phone. and she yelled, "mum accident! faster faster!!: luckily i was done, and three of us drove down to the scene. it was just at the junction nearby our house. when we were driving downhill, we saw mum sitting by the roadside. as we were walking towards her, we saw her bleeding. OMG!! the blood was on her neck, and i thought from her ear as well. but luckily no. she just sat there, and said,"i'm in pain! i want to go hospital." dad was not with her during the accident, as dad was supposed to go to putrajaya hospital for his physio. luckily he was just nearby, after dropping off sim at ktm station. he was already there, checking on the car. elaine and dad went to take a picture of the car that bang our car. while me was holding on mum as she was sitt...
