a cup of love
i had a craving for coffee yesterday morning. there was no hot water in the office. hence, that gave me more reason to go down to the lobby to get coffee. i wanted something hot. usually it will be latte. so, i ordered one.
in my mind, i always wanted the foam on top of the latte to be in a heart shape. the way the barista poured the milk can create various patterns on the coffee.
#1 : my dream cup of latte (the name was "fake" lah)
and while i was waiting for my drink, i looked at the receipt. i didnt specify the size, so he gave me a large. then, something caught my attention. i saw my name on the receipt. i thought it was the barista's name. but could not be. mimi is a girl name wor. i was a bit "confused". some more early morning. could not think properly. and i was already happy when i saw there was a discount! 10% discount leh!

when the barista poured the milk into the cup, i was hoping he could create some pattern on it. and indeed he did!! it was a love.. awww...... no need sugar, the coffee was very "sweet" already. hahahaha!

he asked me,"do you have this card? (showing a frequent sipper card)". i said no. he gave me one. and he put 3 holes on it instead of one (one hole for one drink). *GRIN*
#4 : hehe.. another 7 more drinks for 1 free drink!
and the cup of love has made my day.
oh, why my name was on the receipt? it was because i was wearing my office tag! my round face & my BIG name was on it. silly me! he noticed it and added my name on the receipt. *doink*
