i started treasure hunting in 2000. i was introduced to this game by my cousin brother. and i'm loving it ever since. there are many different hunts, organised by different people. timeoutsolutions, huntmaster, to name a few. Kiwanis's hunt is different from the rest. it's a 3D2N hunt. i first joined their hunt in year 2001. i was still a freshie. their questions were so tough! really really tough! but i enjoyed their hunt the most because i could rest on day 2. year 2001, we stayed at swiss garden damai laut . i woke up, had breakfast, then went back to sleep. then up for lunch, then back to sleep and then up for dinner. it was so relaxing! the second time i joined kiwanis hunt was in year 2003. it was memorable because of the jam. it was a long weekend. if not mistaken, it was wesak day. the drive up north was very stressful. we didn't have enough time to answer the questions, and the jam along the highway made things even worse! we were hungry. no food. energy bar ...

came in early this morning. it has been awhile since i took the 642am train. taking the earlier train means have to wake up earlier! usually i take the 657am train. but for the past 1 week, the 657am train has been cancelled. for no reason! we have to wait for the next train which was scheduled at 712am. due to the cancellation, it means JAM PACK in the next train because the 657am crowd will be merging with the 712am crowd. imagine, i could not moved my hands to scratch my face. it was that packed! so, i have no option but to take the earlier train. my working hours starts at 830am. but it's good also lah. early means less crowd in ktm and also monorail. and it's cooler when i'm walking from kl sentral to monorail station. and i can enjoy my breakfast in the office :) friends asked me before, "no plan to buy a car? you can stand (endure) taking train everyday?"... my answer, "everyday i ' stand ' in the train to go to work (no seat ma). i could not s...

a cheeky product name really can attract attention. #1 : suisui means pretty in hokkien those who know me, know i'm a lazy person. i dont put on make-up. lip balm, sometimes. so, i'm trying a product distributed by suisuiskin.com . lip balm. #2 : how crazy rumors are you? #3 : i chose grapefruit. got orange & limeade flavour too #4 : love the packaging #5 : ingredients #6 : with essential oils #7 : want to try? hehehe... i love the smell when i open it. yummy yummy!

this morning when i was walking to the ktm station, one shining thing on the floor attracted my attention. i was still sleepy, but i saw it. shining-NYA! it was a 10cent, lying very near to the drain. i wonder why no one pick it up. is it because the value was too small? since i saw it, i picked it up. grandma used to say, " wu zhai" (got fortune) whenever we found money. so, i told myself, "yeah! fortune coming!" #1 : the 2009 10cent i have been told that they will change my big monitor. and it was changed today, just before noon. #2 : 10 cent with wide & flat can consider this as "got fortune"??!!

last friday, i was introduced to instant camera . "how to use?", that was my first question. "very easy", that was the answer. insert the film , 10 shots per pack. then can start clicking already. the photo will come up from the top of the camera. it was as easy as *ka-cak --> print --> leng* #1: fujifilm instax 200 #2 : the outcome ( leng ! pretty lah...)

the radio alarm started "singing". i opened my eyes and looked at the alarm. 6.40am *shocked* "errr....what time is 6.40? what day is today? is it saturday ? why is it 6.40?" i jumped up from the bed and opened the door to look at the living hall's clock. it was really 6.40am. meaning i overslept! i forgot to adjust my alarm clock. quickly got myself ready, and left home. instead of the 6.57am train, i took the 7.24am train. so crowded! reached office, settled down, had breakfast, and looked at my watch. #1 : what is the time now? and it was upside down. good morning! & happy friday!

mahjong is priority. followed by others...if there is others lah. this year, the 'other' was yu.har.hai (fish, prawn, crab) #1: header of the 'board'..(paper actually) #2 : the yu, har, hai.... so cute! #3 : the board & dices interesting game :) oh, i am NOT encouraging gambling ok. it's just for fun. today is the 5th day of CNY. my "HOI GOONG TAI KAT" day (aka start work day). quiet day. regional office still closed. client is away. no emails. hopefully tomorrow is the duplication of today. gotta be home early for HUAT session. hehehe. #1 : some of my favourite characters

today is nin yar pat , the 28th day of the last month of the lunar calendar. there is this saying nin yar pat, sai lat tart , loosely translate; 28th days, wash away all dirt. so, get your broom & start cleaning. since i'm working today, so i will clear the mess on my table! & the countdown begins! gong xi gong xi.....

today is the 8th of feb, another few more days to CNY. during lunch, my #4 arrived. number #2 & #3 got another sibling now! #1 : the youngest in the family #2 : welcome!

this morning at 6.48am, marked the 1st day of spring. chinese called it Lap Chun. while chatting with a friend, she told me " my boss said the chinese believes that today whatever you do will mirrors what happened for the rest of the year". ~~i'll be nice to everyone today, so that others will be nice to me too. i'm nice everyday, anyway! hahaha. ~~ and heard over radio this morning, " place an egg on the floor and you will see the egg stand". ~~the egg test cannot be done because i was already at KTM station at 648. maybe should try that next year.~~ and yesterday, my sister told me,"remember to wear red tomorrow. then go & bank in some money. don't press out, but bank in. and also remember to meditate at 648. then you will have a smooth year. also make a wish. it will come true". ~~i wore red top today. i didn't press money, but has not bank in any money either. meditated. made a wish. ~~ oh, there is a carnival in kajang town, in c...

based on chinese lunar calendar, today is the 15th day of the 12th month. meaning 15 more days to CNY wei! we had our first yee-sang lunch at grand palace, kl pavilion, courtesy of media owner. #1 : cny deco inside kl pavilion. #2 : must eat dish #3 : yee-sang, my first for 2010! more to come!
